For the past few weeks, 40 students (including SoEd students) have been working together on ways to raise awareness of mental health at uni. Wind Down Wednesday has been designed by students for students to help improve student mental health. This group of student leaders, called Foremind, have worked to increase awareness, connection and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
This Wednesday 12.30 to 3.30, students are invited to take a break from study, chill out and show your support for the importance of mental health. On Wednesday there will be plenty of ways to look after your mental health during this potentially stressful time!
