This year RMIT will mark Australia and New Zealand University Mental Health Day with a student activation event to encourage connection, mindfulness and self-care.
University Mental Health Day promotes awareness of mental health and wellbeing. In support, RMIT Wellbeing are running a tea making workshop. Students will create their own custom blend tea bag and get some tips on how to practice self-care.

When: 11 am – 2 pm
Location: Next to RMIT Connect, City Campus
Cost: This is a free event for RMIT students.
