Please see below an invitation from Peter Kelly and Peter Rushbrook to the re-launch of UNESCO UNEVOC @ RMIT.
UNESCO UNEVOC @ RMIT is re-launching itself to be an active member of a global network of 230+ centres in 160+ member states. We re-launch at a time of profound disruptions – digital, climatic, and movements of millions of migrants and refugees – that are transforming the way we work, live and learn.
At the global level, the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda -the UN Sustainable Development Goals – is driving change in the ways that communities, institutions, governments, and businesses have to re-think what sustainable development means. Particularly in terms of quality education for all, gender equality, decent work and the looming ecological crisis.
Below is a flyer for the event for you to kindly circulate in your networks – including on social media. There is a link in that document to an Eventbrite page to register for this free event. This link can also be found here –https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/unesco-unevoc-rmit-vet-disruptions-skills-and-the-un-sdgs-tickets-47454784538 .
We look forward to seeing you at the event, and/or to continuing conversations about the exciting and productive aspirations we have for an active UNESCO UNEVOC @ RMIT
