To prepare young people for an automated, globalised and more flexible working future the Foundation for Young Australians argues that we need to understand what it will mean to be smart in the New Work Order. Analysing 20 billion hours of work completed by 12 million Australians each year, The New Work Smarts: Thriving in the New Work Order report from FYA reveals the most important skills we and our graduates will need to be work smart in the future.
