RMIT Connect continues to support students via digital channels – RMIT Connect portal, web chat, voice telephony and telephone or skype appointments.
On campus, RMIT Connect in the City is offering in-person concierge support from 11am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The team is working on plans to offer this service on Bundoora West and Brunswick campuses in the coming days.
All on-campus, in-person, student service and support delivery remains dependent on staff availability and wellbeing. This will continue to be monitored and managed on a daily basis.
Information about the availability of in-person service delivery, and the promotion of safeguards to support social distancing and support for students who are on campus and feel unwell, is available on the RMIT Connect pages on the RMIT student website, and on posters in the service areas.
