Reminder – staff support available

As you would be aware, RMIT is offering a range of support services to our people during the Australian bushfire crisis. There was also a recent tragic plane crash in Iran involving Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) on the 8th January 2020 and as a global University, with many links all over the world, we may have staff affected by this recent event.

Our thoughts are with anyone impacted and would like to remind staff at this time of our MyCoach counselling service.  MyCoach is a free confidential and independent service available to all staff and their immediate family members.

I encourage employees who have questions to contact your manager or HR Assist.

A reminder the following support is available via Benestar

  • MyCoach: up to 4 free counselling and coaching sessions available for staff and their immediate family
  • BeneHub: Health and Wellbeing Blogs, podcasts and guided meditations
  • Access: via telephone (1300 360 364), face-to-face, online or via Live Chat
