The Libraries Click and Post has been extended to Staff as well as HDR students. You can now use the Library Click and Post service to access items from the Library’s physical collection.

Access the Library’s physical collection with Library Click and Post

During the current restrictions in Melbourne, staff and research students can now use the Library Click and Post service to access items from the Library’s physical collection.

This service allows you to request items from the Swanston Library and Bundoora Library collections and have them posted to your home address. 

Maximum number of holds is five. The postage costs will be paid by the University.

The turnaround time to get the items in the post will be around two business days. Postage delivery times will be dependent on the Australia Post, possibly around a week.

To make your request go to LibrarySearch (make sure you log in), search for the item you need then place it on hold.

You will not be able to return the items at this time. No overdue fines will be charged.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to extend this service to other student cohorts but we’ll continue to review the situation.
