ITS student hack-a-thon

RMIT is running a student hack-a-thon over 24 hours. With the theme Flipped Perspectives: students creating learning experience, students will be guided and mentored throughout the process by ITS staff and industry leaders. Key questions include:

  • How do we get the best value out of classroom time?
  • How do we better enable learning from each other?
  • How can students be better empowered to provide input and feedback on their learning?
  • What are innovative ways that learning can be more engaging and available to different student audiences?

The event was co-created by students and sponsored by industry partners. See the video below created by students to promote the event.

I’ll be heading over to the Activator at 11 on Open Day on the City to hear the presentations.

Do share the website and Hackathon flyer with students and staff who might be interested.
