Our Ready for Life and Work strategy is all about giving everyone the chance to be their best, shape their future and belong.
To keep you up to date on what we have achieved this year in the 2018 Focus Areas there are two Focus Areas Showcases on 30 and 31 October.
The Showcases will be a great opportunity to learn what the Focus Areas have delivered this year, what’s coming over the next few months, and most importantly how the Focus Areas affect you and the role you play.
You’ll also hear from the Focus Area teams and have the opportunity to ask questions and speak to team members.
What are our Focus Areas?
Focus Areas are our enterprise-wide programs of work, designed to ensure we progress towards the delivery of our 2020 Strategic Plan: Ready for Life and Work.
These programs of work have been elevated to Focus Areas because of their transformative nature and importance in driving strategic change.
For most of us, our work links directly to our Focus Areas, and while we’ve made good progress, there’s still much more to do. You can see a snapshot of some of this year’s achievements in the infographic below.
