Further to yesterday’s post about time allocation for major L&T leadership roles in the school, I am calling for staff to express interest in undertaking HE program manager roles. All current program manager roles will expire in February / March.
This is an opportunity to take on an important leadership role at a crucial point in the school’s history, as we develop new courseware and align with national and state directions as well as DSC and RMIT priorities.
Anna and I have been working closely to ensure all program managers have strong support from professional staff. We are reviewing more tasks that professional staff are well-placed to manage. Thembi is also available to support academic development work that program managers might undertake.
Kathy and I have reviewed all allocations for HE Program Manager/Coordinator positions and have agreed on the following new allocations, based on the scale and scope (complexity) of the program. All positions have been allocated a 5% increase to support the TEMAG and accreditation work. The allocation for each program is listed below.

Expressions of interest to HoS by Friday 27 January, 5pm. EOIs should be 1-2 pages and outline your interest in, track record, and aptitude for the work. A panel comprising HoS, Deputy Head, L&T and Deputy Head, HE will consider all EOIs and organise interviews where appropriate.
