You may be interested in the following two resources developed by the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning, University of Calgary.
The first is a research-informed guide on principles for assessment of students’ learning. The guide highlights 19 assessment principle themes that can be used to help guide and inform assessment for student learning across multiple levels and contexts.
The second resource was developed by undergraduate student Ashley Weleschuk. Ashley interviewed teachers across the University of Calgary to learn more about the assessment strategies they were using that helped bring these principles to life.
