A few months ago many of us completed the staff survey. The results are now in.
Both the quantitative and qualitative data suggest a number of positive outcomes for SoEd, including liking the work we do, feeling proud to work at RMIT and valuing teaching. In a number of these areas we have seen improvements from the 2018 pulse survey. Most notable is improvement in indigenous engagement – up a whopping 22%!
